Spongia Tosta is particularly useful when a family has a history of tuberculosis or chest conditions. People who need this remedy may also fear suffocation. Symptoms are better when sitting up, and worse with movement.

Recommended Use: Adults/Children: At onset of symptoms turn upside down and twist clear cap until 3 to 5 pellets fall. Allow pellets to dissolve in mouth. Repeat 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a physician.

Contraindications: If symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen, consult a physician. Use only if the label sealing both caps is unbroken. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek professional advice before using this product. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.
