Shipping Policy

1. Orders OVER $50 (before taxes) CDN are shipped for free.
2. Orders BETWEEN $30-$50 (before taxes) CDN are charged $5.95 CDN.
3. Orders UP TO $30 (before taxes) CDN are charged $8.95 CDN.
4. Orders are shipped by Expedited Parcel Service within 24 hours of order being processed excluding weekends & holidays. Orders on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
5. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, a staff member will contact you.

Note: Remote, fly-in locations within Canada pay a nominal freight charge for regular or expedited delivery. These additional charges are quoted by email, prior to shipping.

Shipping to the United States

1. All United States orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15.95 CDN.
2. Orders are shipped Canada Post, United States Parcel Service, within 24 hours of order being processed excluding weekends & holidays. Orders on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
3. United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred.
4. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Good Health Vitamins reserves the right to restrict orders of certain products to Customers in the United States including large quantities of products consisting of liquid in glass containers, heavy products, and products not yet approved for import to the US by the United States Food & Drug Agency.
6. All United States sales are final.

International Orders:

1. We will only ship International orders once we receive approval of the shipping charges. You will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the shipping charges.
2. All International orders are shipped via Canada Post - Air.
3. Orders will be cancelled after 5 Business days if approval is not received.
4. Any additional tariffs, custom clearance fees, and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. All International orders are final.

Please allow 3-5 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by cheque.
