NuFem contains a natural extract of the herb black cohosh which has been shown to relieve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats among others. This natural extract of black cohosh is standardized to consistently deliver an optimum level of the specific triterpene glycosides found in this herb and which are most important for menopausal women.

Recommended Use: One tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening. Do not chew.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains: 20 mg of black cohosh, standardized to contain 2.5% triterpene glycosides calculated as 27-deocyacetin.

Other ingredients(as binders, fillers and tabulating lubricants): microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, potato starch and magnesium stearate.
